      Pros

      Good hours, benefits, co-workers, vacation time.

      Cons

      Very underpaid for what is expected. It doesn't matter what you do or how many hours you put in unless month end numbers reflect growth you are not mentioned. There is more to running a branch than they know. Pay your front line staff more and they may become more loyal.Serious staff turnover and other banks benefit.

      Pros

      There is nothing positive I can say about this company. Its just not worth trying to dig into my memories to find one.

      Cons

      They treat you like a slave and believe their slave wages are fair. They are not. The policies placed on their clients are archaic. Its a catty work place environment filled with drama and and cutthroat tactics used on employees to make other departments despise one another

      Pros

      Easy going environment and nice people to work with. The interview process was simple and my manager was very helpful for my initial training.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about employees. Severely underpaid considering what neighboring banks pay for the same position.
