      Great place to get foot into Banking

      Free beverages, 9-5pm hours, friendly co-workers, not much sale pressure to open accounts like other banks, great 401k, low health, dental costs

      Cons

      Lack of training, low wages, favoritism, forced to learn everything through trial and error, poor tech for a bank, very conservative bank

      Pros

      I've worked here for 5 years. Great work environment and culture. The family first attitude lets you achieve a great work/life balance. I've worked with the executive management and get say that they care for the employees of the company and have a great vision for the future.

      Cons

      Pay may be below market, but I've found that good raises are given to those that perform well.
