      Found a couple of good friends there.

      Extremely low pay Management only cares about themselves Favoritism is obvious Low Low pay....did I say that already Unqualified people in management Seems like only white people move up in this company even if they don't have the qualifications to do the job

      Pros

      Some internal staff at corporate were helpful and I appreciated them. Not much else. The pro for me was getting out of that toxic environment.

      Cons

      CEO only cares about the stock price and the share holders. He doesn't give a flip about the front line staff and paying them a competitive wage. Mc Donalds pays more than wafd pays its tellers. And it shows with lack of customer service and unhappy clients.

      Pros

      They consistently have opportunities to train their employees and they have good values. They create a family friendly environment which extends to employees who don't have a family of their own yet.

      Cons

      Unfortunately in this situation you get paid quite a bit less than commercial banks. Working here you need to understand that you are trading a higher paycheck for a great working environment.
