      I loved my former BOFA associates but the original WA Fed people suck. Real Bad

      EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! Pay, procedures, etc. no one knows what the hell they are talking about. its a mess. they are accompany full of bigots. pay was awful and you couldn't get a raise because u were making the max allowed because they paid their original employees like, 9.25 to our(Former BofA employees) $15 per hour. you do a great job, they don't care. Neither did I so I left.

      Pros

      It is a Mon-Fri bank, so no work on weekends.

      Cons

      The benefits are not that great and they try to make up for that by supplying branches and offices with "free" food and soda... not an even trade off
