      Pros

      As an employee coming to Washington Federal from Bank of America it was very scary. I soon learned that working for Washington Federal made me feel much less stressed out all the time. I like that the focus is on making our customers happy and not so much on trying to get customers to open new accounts or use new products.

      Cons

      It seems like every time the is a new program, update or new product, the roll outs are not smooth. It seems like things are not thought completely through before it is sent to us on the front lines to use. We spend a lot of time trying to get computers to work properly , which in turn effects our customers with wait time and other errors.

      thanks for your feedback, we do struggle with change and implementing things right the first time but I think that is true in life. The easy path would be to not change, but the world is changing and we have to evolve to meet our clients needs. We will continue to work on follow through on our changes.
