      Pros

      Washington Federal has strong values and truly cares about its customers. You aren't forced to sell anything, so it feels like you can really help someone instead of giving them a sales pitch. The medical and dental benefits are great and the 401k package is phenomenal.

      The pay isn't great and there's a steep learning curve,

      Pros

      The company has a great 401K but that does not help pay the monthly bills.

      Cons

      Very low pay even for long time experienced employees. The bonus is supposed to be great however don't work at a branch that is hard to gain business or you will not get a bonus even if you worked harder than other branches that have it eaiser with a lot of walk in traffic.

      Eager to train on new and more difficult tasks-great work environment for experience Immediate Supervisor open to discussions about pretty much anything

      Cons

      Salaries way below industry medians for the area across the board Benefits are not great and are being chipped away at every quarter/half-year it seems
