      Pros

      I loved my former BOFA associates but the original WA Fed people suck. Real Bad

      Cons

      EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! Pay, procedures, etc. no one knows what the hell they are talking about. its a mess. they are accompany full of bigots. pay was awful and you couldn't get a raise because u were making the max allowed because they paid their original employees like, 9.25 to our(Former BofA employees) $15 per hour. you do a great job, they don't care. Neither did I so I left.

      Pros

      Generally decent people and good work/life balance. I almost never have to stay late or come in early. Benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      Admins are very anti-social, you get notified of events at the last minute, the pay is a lot less then what you'll get somewhere else doing the same work, not a whole lot of business organization, promotions and pay raises are extremely hard to come by.

      Pros

      Great job security. However, this is because they run on a very thin staff.

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to industry averages. No onboarding training at all. The company is trying hard to upgrade technology but doing a very poor job of change management. I would recommend working here if you are interested in getting into banking but use it as a resume booster. There's not much room for advancement unless you live in Seattle.
