      Good benefits although low pay

      Cons

      Local branches are very cliquey and it is difficult to become part of the team. managers were belitting and created a toxic environment. Becareful joining a local branch! Research and talk to previous employees from that specific branch.

      Bank with great potential but being held back by old executives

      Very good CEO Good corporate culture Autonomy to operate independently Great benefit package

      Cons

      Executive management (particularly in retail banking and credit administration) is full of old executives (from the thrift era) lacking the sophistication neccessary to lead a first rate Commercial Bank. Also, base salaries are approximately 20% below market.
