      Pros

      super nice colleagues, I float to different branches several time, the colleagues are incredible nice, super friendly. I love the working environment.

      Cons

      low payment. As a CSR, we are not only do tellers' job, we still need to do a lot of other complex work which usually doing by personal banker in other banks, such as opening account, IRA withdraw, international wire,... We do a lot of work beyond teller but get paid by tellers' level. Not fair.

      Pros

      Convenient to where I live.

      Cons

      Friends promote friends even if unqualified. Training was non- existent and you rely on your co-workers for directions which is purely “tribal knowledge” does not exist in policies and procedures. I have witnessed so many violations of OT not being recorded per directions from supervisor as it is not allowed.
