      generally a great place to work. good benefit package.

      Cons

      Compensation. I love what I do, and the people I work with. I'm sad to say that the single reason I have considered employment elsewhere is compensation. I have been here nearly 2 years and have received one very small raise. While I am not in an entry level job here, I could easily work an entry level job for more pay elsewhere. I have even considered a second job to supplement my pay. The bonus is nice semi-annually, but doesn't pay my rent month to month. I'm a young person trying to get ahead in life and WaFed's pay structure in relation to skill level is not promoting that in the least.

      Pros

      its a job. the desk is nice, you can have a coke, tiny bonus averages to about 100.00 a month. while executives get 100K or more. expect lots of stress cause they want that bonus!!

      Cons

      low pay, too much work, no training, no support from supervisor, no back up when need help, you are on your own. most manual on the computer are out of date. if you like the feeling of panic you will be comfortable here. you can count on lots of attitude from this "just be nice" company!!
