      Pros

      Free pop in kitchen. Learn how to do MUCH more than just teller operations. Learn how to make HUGE sacrifices for a company sake and see nothing in return.

      Cons

      My branch Manager is completely incompetent. She never learned how to do teller transactions on Washington Federal's system. Therefore she wasn't able to train me, all of my training came from fellow CSR's *slaves*. Manager is always leaving early, taking half days, not coming in. She complains about inadequate pay while making over 2 times what we make. I don't even make 12.00 / hr after being "promoted". Work load is much higher than competitor banks. Washington Federals System is ancient and dated. Regional manager has no clue about the inner workings of "his" branches. Just a complete lack of management and oversight. Get ready to feel used and abused.

      I would say Profit Sharing, but most employees quit before they receive any benefit from this, oh and free drinks.

      Cons

      This is the type of company that makes socialism appealing; don’t let Wafd fool you, they have hit record number the last two years, but pay so poorly much of their staff is on Government Assistance.

      Pros

      Bank holidays and only working Monday through Friday

      Cons

      Everything. Pay is horrible. No one cares about you or your feelings. They can ask for your opinion and get mad at whatever you say. If you agree and do what they say you get whatever you want pretty much want. Disagree with them you’re a threat and could careless what your opinion ever is. They will push you to quit and will be happy to open the door when you leave them. No pay raises even though you get to do your job and everyone else’s jobs. This company deserves -10 stars.
