Pros

Respectful clients, low traffic, cross-training, lots of time between clients, leadership allows for mistakes to be learning opportunities, you can easily stand out if you apply yourself here. Work/family balance is alright. You don't bring your work home with you here. 9-5 M-F

Cons

Below average pay, no individual incentive bonuses, pay increases are insulting at low levels. Money is THE issue.

Thank you for your feedback! We are a total compensation company, and although base may be lower, all in, compensation is very competitive. If you have suggestions for management, please email Marketing and we will make sure management sees your comments.

Pros

The CEO actually met with the newly acquired branches.

Cons

Misrepresentation about the new company and beliefs. Employees were reprimanded for reversing small fees when the transition took place.

Pros

Indoor work with no heavy lifting. Some of the (lower-level) people are nice. Retirement plan is surprisingly good.

Cons

Everything else. management spends money on itself while telling the rest of the staff to cut expenses. Salaries and raises are lousy. Turnover is a nightmare, so we never keep decent, trained people. And nobody at the top seems to believe us, no matter how many times they hear it.
