Pros

Wacom is an amazing company with incredible products. The general culture of the company is outstanding and the corporate structure care about their employees and tries to create a happy work - life balance.

Cons

The Vancouver (WA) facility is managed by people who have poor human skills, no experience in management, and do not belong in management roles. If this facility's structure wasn't run by fragile egos and middle school mindsets, this would be one of the most fun careers in Vancouver.
