Pros

Easy Job as a Grill Operator. Co-workers can be fun and interesting.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement and low pay. The managers usually favor the thieves and the people who suck up to them. The hard working people get nothing.

Pros

Work experience learning how to do every job in the restaurant business.

Cons

They have a new mission to do what they believe is to improve the waffle house image. They want to hire only four year degree managers. Hiring people with a degree is fine but hire the right people, not just someone because they have a degree. The company is willing to push out all the long term associates that have dedicated their lives to making the company a better place and the company repays them for their sacrifices by demoting them or pushing them out to make room for the new associates with degrees.
