Low pay, decent benifits.

Pros

Waffle House does provide good benifits and stock options for employers. Second and third shift are not supervised by managment, so as long as you get your job done you can kinda do what you want.

Cons

In my opinion, Waffle House does not pay grill operators fairly for everything they expect to be done every shift. Waitresess get paid less, but make decent money after their tips.
