Pros

Compensation is fair by industry standards Great Support from senior management Love the interaction with the employees and the customers

Cons

Not too benificial for people with young kids as you work weekends and all holidays including christmas and thanksgiving day Bonuses are mainly sales driven at the district manager level Responsible 24 hours a day, so you can be easily woken up at 2am for any situation

Pros

Money, your the highest paid cook in town, company is still growing fast

Cons

your a cook, then after cooking from 7am -2pm your doing all the manager stuff. On call 24/7 except on your days off. You work your hardest on the holidays, no holidays off, these are the times you make the most money but the personal life will suffer.
