Pros

Really great money and the customers are 99% really awesome. The company pays higher than other restaurants for servers.

Cons

My location (maybe others too) was very clique-y. A few of the younger girls on first shift have very severe nepotism since their mother works in recruitment.

The customers are awesome for the most part! You make good money.

Cons

You're nothing but a number to them, you're family and health does not matter at all! Management act like they're better than you! They will not even speak to you, unless it's to tell you what you're doing wrong. You don't receive credit card tips daily, you have to wait until you receive your paycheck! They charge you daily for food (out of your check) even if you don't eat! If you're having problems, you best get over it, they don't address any issues. A lot of work drama! Not a good long term career if you're in the clique.
