      Pros

      cool coworkers good tips SOMETIMES customers can be really funny lax on vape breaks

      Cons

      dirty male workers are complete flirts and will almost harass you females are judgemental and rude customers are so rude and a lot of them leave bad or no tips and are extremely rude to you management picks favorites and will fire people with no warning but keep people they know are bad or have done problematic things based on if they just show up or not meal credit gets taken out of your checks but they get mad if you sit down when its slow to do it

      Pros

      There is plenty of money to be made and hours to work. Especially in a larger city with many locations.

      Cons

      The older workers, who have been working at Waffle House for decades, are stuck in inefficient ways and are not open to change.

      This job is somewhat flexible.

      Cons

      No room for growth with department. Management does not take concerns seriously. Work is not appreciated and efforts are not rewarded. Pay is not comparable with others in same field. Promises made but never kept. No work/ life balance.
