Good place to work if you want to work all the time. Good pay and benefits. Most people are great to work with.

Cons

Very long work hours and you live on the road. It is a very political work environment

Walbridge has been around 100 years this year - very stable company with great employees. If you work hard you'll earn the opportunity to grow within the organization. I'm excited to be a part of their continued growth.

Cons

I'd like to see more employee events. We have such great people it'd be great to spend some time with them all outside of the office.
