      Not much micromanaging Not given strife for working overtime Most people are good to work with

      Barely any structure, chaotic environment Will hire anyone to fill a spot Claim to be a family company, does not feel like it Can be let go with no warning Walbridge Michigan is said to be a leading contractor, in Florida it feels like the opposite. Often felt like the butt of a joke to the owners or clients which can be very demotivating after a hard day.
