Pros

Good pay and a very easy job. Any one can do this job from the disabled on up. All the "Thinking" is taken out of the job.

Cons

Work is mundane. Management often blames their poor performance on their employees. Very cut throat place to work. Major reduction in work force and the company is rapidly shrinking.

Pros

Overall it is a friendly environment to work and learn. But there is still much to be done to make it perfect.

Cons

Currently, you can't work over time and it is sometimes needed to get things going financially. I understand we are still in a recession but employee motivation is really needed to keep operations up.
