Pros

They only good thing about working at Walgreens as a store manager is we don't work the amount of hours as some companies require.

Cons

They used to care about the employees, but not anymore. It is all about the almighty dollar. I used to be proud to work there, but not anymore I dread coming to work everyday.

Pros

The health care plan, profit sharing, public interaction, and employee discount (15% off) are the best part about this job.

Cons

You are basically a glorified stock boy who can do refunds. There is little room for advancement, you are basically waiting for a store manager to retire. You also have to deal with rotating schedules, frequent change of locations (once a year on average), holidays, nights, and weekends.
