Pros

Walgreens offers a great opportunity for college students to participate in their internship as an Assistant Manager. The overall experience was rewarding.

Cons

There are some disadvantages for managers and assistant managers who are parents of small children. The balance between work and home can become frustrating.

Pros

It's a large, well-known company with several different aspects, allowing employment for those of various magnitudes, as well as teaches employees of the workings of a large company.

Cons

It is difficult to move around or grow within the company and sometimes it is obvious that favoritism is played in the company.
