Pros

It's nice to have a small staff, it's nice to not be rushed, okay work environment, love most of the customers(lots of regulars), pretty decent pay compared to other places

Cons

doing slave work all the time, the moodiness level of the management, how management never fills employees in on what's going on in the store

Pros

Profit sharing is great. Over 3 to 1 match of up to 2% of pay. Great for young people with little work experience. Flexible scheduling for part timers

Cons

Promotions given based on seniority and not abilities or work ethic. Yearly raises that may barely keep up with inflation.

Pros

Competitive pay, multiple locations, and superior technology compared to other drug stores

Cons

Time off requests are hard to obtain, Turnaround shifts aren't uncommon (close then open the next day) Management rotation every 6 months mostly 30 miles away from your home address
