Pros

The company is highly respected and well-known and has very high standards for its customer interactions.

Cons

The company seemed conflicted about its mission and how to expand into areas that had higher profit margins.

Pros

In my experience the assistant managers and executive assistant managers are usually pretty cool you will of course get the bad eggs.

Cons

Store managers are usually very lazy or hard and think work is the only thing in your life. Co workers are generally pretty lazy. No support from corporate, at all. The customer is always right. Even if they physically harm you and yes I have seen it. No where near enough store hours especially in the pharmacy. Nothing like being the only manager on duty and having to catch calls in 3 different departments all while corporate is saying "deal with it." Corporate hides there numbers, of course profit is up you have cut over a thousand hours in my district alone.
