Pros

Still a good, healthy company.

Cons

Corporate campuses spread across 4 different zip codes reinforces silo mentaility.

Pros

The compensation was fair. The work environment itself was for the most part cleanly and reasonable.

Cons

The hours of retail management are awful but you know that going into it. The company is so focused on the pharmacy and their staff that you begin to feel like you are just an extra. As a result of the size of the physical store itself you only have a few employees on each shift which means you end up doing a lot of the grunt work. There were days were I got paid just to be a 'stock boy.'

Pros

Customer service is their main focus. Having a great experience is what makes customers to come back. Its the typically retail job.

Cons

Working on your feet most of the time. Lunch is only thirty minutes long with two fifteen minute breaks. Customer focus.
