Pros

Size compared to other retailers is still manageable and allows employees to communicate within the structure.

Cons

Concerned that the assortment is not large enough to comoete with super store structures and makes our pricing structure higher. Pharmacy convenience is our advantage.

Pros

I enjoy the people I work with. They feel like family but, I have a husband and children I care about too.

Cons

They say family is important but, only if it benefits them. Promotions are not based on merit, because how can a DM know you if you never see him. Or talk to you they are people just like I am and would like to be treated as such.
