Pros

day goes by quick because you have so much physical labor to do. some customers are nice. some employees are cool to work with. thats about it for the pros.

Cons

physical labor, terrible customers, lazy co-workers and bosses, some stores are better than others, it just depends where you work. you also have to help out in the pharmacy if it gets really busy back there.

Pros

Top notch Profit Sharing Retirement Plan. Stock Options for all managment positions. Retail jobs can not be outsourced.

Cons

Glorified stock buy as an entry level manager. Zero if any actual managment responsibility. The position between Assistant Manager and General Manager, which is an EXA, is routinely encouraged to work 70 hour work weeks.
