Pros

Great Benefits, Great 401k match. managment has open communicatin both upwards and downwards. Managament and corporate go to great lenghts to make sure everyone is treated fairly. They do not just talk the talk, they walk the walk.Open door policy in place and accepted by all. bPlenty of growth allows you to grow with the company especially if you are willing to relocate. Annaul raises are always given and have been very fair latel.Bosses no longer yell and scream at you like they did 20 years ago but stillo get their point across. Great computer systems, espcially in Pharmacy

Cons

long hours. working holidays. Dont make a bunch unless you are a Pharmacist

Pros

Great benefits and lots of opportunities depending on who you know or sometimes just being in the right place at the right time.

Cons

Retail setting results in long hours including weekends and holidays. Lot of managers shouldn't be managers but are because of connections.

Pros

The technology (computer system, robot, etc.) aids me in doing my job and greatly surpasses other pharmacy chains. The workflow design actually works to promote efficiency unlike my experience at another chain (it hindered efficiency). Pharmacist overlap every weekday is a plus that can not be beat (I actually get a lunch break). Time and a half for overtime is great compared to the other chains of time plus $6.

Cons

The volume of prescriptions filled in a day can be stressful.
