Pros

The hours are good if just starting out. The On-The-Job training is adequate. Usually don't have to work every holiday or all of a holiday. Flexible scheduling is prior notice is given. Prescription services and health clinic services bring people into the store.

Cons

Stretch managers and supervisors way too thin. The managers rather leave the store short staffed than give over-time.
