Pros

I worked at WalkMe for a little over a year and genuinely enjoyed my time there. The job and daily tasks were both engaging and challenging. There was plenty of room to experiment, apply my expertise, and learn new things, which helped me grow professionally. The product itself is innovative and provides real value to customers. It felt rewarding to see the features I worked on being used and improving the user experience. Hearing positive feedback from users always made me proud. The people at WalkMe are fantastic. The work culture is supportive, and everyone is approachable and collaborative. I encountered no conflicts or miscommunications. Every colleague I worked with was a true professional. The work-life balance is great. There were no unrealistic deadlines or pressure to work overtime. The workload was well-managed, and I never felt overwhelmed by tasks. The compensation and quarterly bonuses were competitive. When I applied for the position, the company offered me a salary higher than what I initially expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, my experience at WalkMe was highly positive, and I’m thankful for the opportunities I had while working there.

Cons

I can't really think of any significant downsides; it has been a great job experience for me overall

Pros

The company offers a great product, and there are some truly fantastic people in entry-level and mid-level positions. The operations team stands out as the best, consistently working hard to improve the office environment and create a better experience for everyone. Diversity and inclusion are strong priorities here, and the company makes commendable efforts in this area.

Cons

The management at this company is highly toxic, with the negativity starting at the top, specifically with the CEO, Dan Adika. Rather than being a true leader, he operates like a tyrant, creating a culture of fear and micromanagement. As a result, many skilled and hardworking employees are either pushed out or choose to leave on their own. The workplace is disorganized and dysfunctional, with senior leadership primarily concerned with looking after their own positions rather than creating a supportive environment. Employees constantly live in fear of layoffs, unless they have personal ties to the C-suite. There has also been a return to office push, with the CEO directly saying if anyone can't meet this expectation we will have to part ways" Management insists on treating employees like children yet get upset when employees behave like children. There is little to no opportunity for growth or advancement here. Promotions are rare, leaving many employees unmotivated and feeling stuck in their current roles while being promised opportunities that never come. On top of that, the company's salaries are below market value, making it hard for employees to feel appreciated or motivated to stay. In summary, this is a place where the foundation for a positive work environment is sorely lacking.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve appreciated our competitive salaries, SAP stocks, excellent office facilities, engaging company events, and the technologies we utilize. These are all areas we’ve worked hard to excel in because we want our employees to feel valued and have the resources they need to thrive. Knowing these aspects have made a positive impact on your experience genuinely means a lot to us. Regarding your feedback on day-off policies, we’d like to highlight our RefreshMe program, which offers all employees an additional 5 days off each year to recharge and focus on personal well-being. Initiatives like these reflect our commitment to supporting a healthy work-life balance for our team. We’re also always open to further input, especially around contributions to continuing education, to enhance the ways we support your growth and satisfaction. Thank you for your ongoing contributions—we’re excited to continue growing and thriving together!
