WZ filed for Chapter 11 this summer. The family sold the business and most of the executives who knew the business left.

-Micromanaging -Terrible leadership -Unorganized / No SOP's -Terrible pay -No one gets along. No incentive for teamwork snakes everywhere. -If you need to work there for money do just that and get out. You'll only be making pennies but that's better than nothing.
