You get to reminisce about the good old days of WZ with older employees when it was a reputable company.

Cons

- left in the hands of a new "CEO" who operates the company without a clue as to what it represented at one point - the new manager they hired had absolutely no idea what they were doing, had no direction or knowledge about the product - the most knowledgeable people are either pushed out or treated like undesirables - an utterly chaotic environment to work in with no clear intentions or direction - near complete lack of communication from top down - inability apply and facilitate any positive changes to showrooms, products or operations - employees are often gaslighted and left in confusion

There are no pros to working at Walker Zanger.

Cons

The upper management doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. The showroom president has no clue what they’re doing. Since WZ has been sold it’s went way down hill. There needs to be someone that knows tile and stone industry running this company.

Not much incentive, corporate does not have your back, holiday and pto is crap, in office all the time, typical old fashion 9-5 but doesn't need to be, not matching 401k, used to be a small company and it was bought out and runs very corporately and not well, no one at the top knows what they're doing
