Pros

At the present time due to high turn over, it was pretty easy to get a promotion within the company.

Cons

Very long hours, management was too good to even speak to you, unless they were barking an order at you. There was never enough man power to actually have the store run efficiently. Extremely low moral.

Pros

Decent salary when in management positions, excellent community and charity involvement, decent green efforts

Cons

Less flexible, minimal work life balance, occasional unreasonable expectations, insufficient staffing to meet customer needs means more pressure and performance issues reflected on management
