      Worked on meaningful projects that had real business impact. Supportive teammates and solid engineering leadership. Opportunities to own apps end-to-end. Challenging problems with room to grow. Good balance of autonomy and collaboration.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance with unrealistic deadlines. Frequent scope changes mid-project without adjusting timelines. Constant pressure led to weekend work and long hours (often 80+ hours/week). No recognition or compensation for overtime efforts. Performance reviews didn’t reflect extra contributions, which was demotivating.
