      - People are nice - Free coffee

      Cons

      - Comp is below average - Expected to attend calls in an overseas timezone with technically incompetent teams that are hostile to work with - Not doing anything cutting edge or interesting - Internal tooling / infra is absolute garbage. It never works right, but management insists that everyone use it
