      All in all the benefits are pretty decent, good 401K matching (up to 6% dollar for dollar always vested), discount in store (10% on produce and general merchandise, often expanded to more grocery during the holiday season)

      Cons

      Walmart is ultimately a retailer/commerce company. Labs tries to appear as a tech company and perhaps does better than some other companies, but ultimately fails to actually be a tech company. From what I can tell there are no dedicated QA staff. If you want a holiday off you have to take PTO and there isn't a separate sick day balance either (though the amount is plenty if you don't take sick days). I have a hard time finding information that is applicable to me as a home office employee vs a store worker.
