      No work life balance Min work 12-13hrs a day Growth only if you have right manager Mid- managers are very micro management HR does not support any associate related issues.

      - Good benefits. - Good leadership in US when compared to IDC.

      Cons

      - Toxic environment in most of the teams. - Politics prevail and there is no transparency. Your manager may be all goodie goodie on your face but an entirely different person in the background. You cannot trust the leadership and have to be very careful in what you say or request from your leadership because you never know in what way they would perceive your aspirations. - Fear of retaliation is high. - Some of the leadership folks exhibit age old narrow minded thoughts around growth of an associate. - No work life balance. From morning 10am to night 10pm, you got to be available. It is worse when you need to go to office on designated tech forward days. - For the first time in my life, the work environment has made me feel that I did a mistake in choosing program management as a career option.
