      Heavy Loads of Work For Certain Teams. Business team makes decision.

      Pros

      Pay is ok. Good to train communication and office politics skills.

      Cons

      Business teams make the final decision and navigate the project direction. Lots of bureaucracy and latency there. The company runs Agile. People seem to have a habit of slacking you at any time for things that are not even urgent. This seems to be like a company culture thing.

      Cons

      No motivation between teammates, overshadows others work, since individuals have no dedicates responsibilities, lot of duplicate effort across all teams in any domain. No good leaders compared to other competitors
