      Pros

      Flexible PTO, Competitive Salaries, and a cafeteria with free breakfast on Mondays.

      Cons

      Poor management, biased toward Indian folks. Hard to get promoted except if you are friends with the manager. A highly hierarchical company that doesn't allow any thinking outside the box.

      Great technology on distributed systems Decent pay

      Cons

      This place primarily hires H1Bs for one reason. They are open to exploitation. You will notice that no one protests when your boss asks you to be on call 24/7. The work schedule here is literally 7 days a week. Most people come here for one of two reasons 1>They want to get exposure to distributed systems. 2>They are on H1B and would do anything for a Green card.
