      Freedom to explore, great associate gym, access to huge amounts of data, fast paced.

      Cons

      Can feel invisible, leadership often doesn't care to get to know you and you feel like a number on a spreadsheet.

      Pros

      - Flexible Time Off - Great benefits - Work on projects that have impact at very large scales - Lots of opportunities for growth and ownership for those who want it - All management I have interacted with have all been solid and savvy individuals. -

      Cons

      - Heavy contractor reliance, leading to an average developer culture and at times requires micromanagement of projects and tasks to keep the ball rolling - Convoluted, outdated processes and red tape getting things rolled out to production (at least for the team I contribute to) - "Always on" product, meaning as a Staff+ contributor you'll be expected to support during off hours and holidays

      A job A paycheck That is it

      Cons

      Nepotism galore, certain race runs the teams until the VP level where it's all white. Extremely poor work life balance. Hired a bunch of ex Amazon pips across all teams and turning it into a slave shop.
