      Great Culture Decent Compensation Stable Share Job Security Great 401k, Industry best stock vesting policy (3yr, quarterly) 10% from walmart.com Good career growth if u perform well

      Cons

      Stock may not rise much (recently rising though,touch wood) not very high joining bonus and base stock for senior software engineer and below is below avg Not a very good associate stock purchase plan health plans for family is costly (health plan is really good though) eye and dental is below market standard
