      Leaders give you lots of responsibility and work to do. Excellent training and professional development budget. Learn everything from legacy to cloud technology here. Work alongside talented and engaged team and with leaders who focus on accomplishing important goals.

      Cons

      Your focus will be more on the work than on teamwork or what’s best for the people. Top leaders have agendas that leave little room for disagreeing. Burn out if your leader is okay with you doing the work of 3 people.
