      What you are doing reaches a lot of people.

      Cons

      Seem to be a common practice for leadership to define a deadline first and then tell engineers about it. As a result too much stress put on teams to deliver something. A lot of product decisions are made and a lot of tradeoffs are accepted in the interest of meeting the deadline instead of what's right for users. A lot of systems seem be super buggy. Probably because developers aren't allowed to have time to do a good job. A lot of development is done in India and it's typical to have early morning or late night meeting with those teams. Hurts work/life balance.
