Pros

Depends on your store Pay is stable as long as you show up every day and get the job done Simple but some jobs are more strenuous due to crooked aisles/missing fixtures/lack of tools

Cons

Depends on your store Stocker more often than not if they can’t get enough associates for stocking Having to stock puts you behind on mod work causing management to get on you despite being to ones responsible Takes weeks or months to be able to get the items needed for mods Barely any communication between day and night shifts Managers clueless Good luck finding fixtures you need because the receiving room just throws everything on top of one another and never gives any heads up Barely any communication
