Pros

Weekends off, nothing much else

Cons

They will work the living hell out of you. At mulch store they rush the mod team to finish mods so we can stock and zone all night. They allow certain people to barely do anything and work the hard and loyal workers to death. All of the hard workers overnight at my store are quitting.

Pros

Easy job. Decent pay for area.

Cons

They don’t give a damn about employees. I literally got fired because I went on break and there wasn’t a cashier in site. I drank my soda and came back inside with the can to pay. And did. 3-4 weeks later I was called in and shown the video. I acknowledged it was true but that I paid. They said they knew. But that I had still stolen. I resigned but no charges were ever made and nothing came Of it. It was a small town tho and two of the managers spread the rumor not Stating the facts. I was both angry and embarrassed. I had never been fired before and haven’t since. As If! Who steals A soda but notjng else then carries it back inside and pays and gets fired? Smh.
