Pros

I love the hours and pay. I gain friends within work at the Walmart. My managers are very friendly and other co-workers.

Cons

Being a Modular Specialist, I never knew what that was until I had notice that we had to use big metal steel to lift up the shelves and move them around the whole store. That was serious labor that took over 30 people to participate in. Moving shelves while the product is still on there without the products falling and breaking.

Pros

Fellow associates, discount card, healthcare benefits, quarterly bonuses, opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Some associates don't care and/or are lazy. Pay is not sufficient to live on--okay for a student living at home.
