Pros

Fun Co-Workers Okay pay for the most part Acceptable Benefits

Cons

The training here sucks. Computers won't teach you how to handle irate customers. The work as very physically demanding, management wants speed and quality but doesn't seem to care about safety.

Pros

Real world experience. Good first job. Life skills learned. See how a retail store works inside and out. Learn to work with a verity of people from different backgrounds.

Cons

Most people here only have a high school level education, including management, and it shows. Lots of petty drama and finger pointing. No one had the balls to stand up to the plate and take responsibility, including management.
