Pros
Walmart is good entry level job for people looking to gain experience or for people who desperately need a job, they will pretty much hire anyone. Have made some good lasting work relationships. Was a decent first job to gain some experience in different areas of the store for future jobs. In those 4 years I went from an Unload-er to an overnight Inventory Associate, then went to overnight Modular Team/Stocking.
Cons
I found that some of the management and employees were unprofessional. Management was not always great at setting up their employees for success and would make impossible deadlines for associates. I guess it also depends on the store though. Mine was a mess, we were not a super center but would get just as much freight as one. I have heard good things about some other stores though, so I guess it just depends.
