Pros

Good pay. Good hourly people employed that will treat you like family. Can make a career if you stay in lower ranks at lower wage.

Cons

No security. Ppl will be losing jobs soon. Long term is negative. Too many whispers, after 25 yrs, displaced with no explanation why. Stay away!

Pros

Benefits, stability, availability to move to different locations, pay.

Cons

Don't spend time or energy in the development of the leadership team. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Home office jobs consistently cut so no sense of security.
